Winter Climbing Snowdonia

Snowdonia is home to many of Britains finest winter climbs. Classic snow climbs such as Parsley Fern Gully or Central Trinity form quite regularly. Highly prized ice climbs such as The Devils Appendix, Trojan or Cascade require particulary cold conditions. All of these winter climbs have seen ascents in 2009 and subsequent winters

My winter climbing guiding service offers you the opportunity to come to Snowdonia to enjoy an introduction to winter climbing or to climb a route that has been in your dreams for as long as you can remember.

This service is available for as many days as you would like, allowing you the flexibility to make the most of the prevailing conditions at a level that suits you best.

Winter climbing guiding prices are £200 per day for 1 – 2 people.

Larger numbers can be accommodated, but depending on objectives the guiding ratio might stay at 1 : 2. Additional guides or instructors will be used.
