~ Tuesday, 31st March 2009Earlier this month I was employed for a four day ski tour in the Arolla region of the Valais alps. The trip culminated with a helicopter drop close to the top of the Pigne d'Arolla. The Glacier de Tsijoire Nouve was our intended descent route. It was fantastic, the snow was light, the glacier was broken and the scenery was superb. An amazing way to finish a superb long weekend. Many thanks to Patrick, Neil, Bruce, Vincent and Rob.
